Adding Tags
Tags are a powerful tool in Outtamind for organizing your tasks and notes. Here’s how to use them effectively:
Predefined Tags
When you create a new Outtamind account, we provide a set of demo tags to get you started.
Each tag comes with contextual information, allowing our AI model to auto-assign tags to tasks and notes based on their content.
Custom Tags
Go to Settings > Tags to define your own tags.
Add context to each tag to help the AI understand when to apply it.
Examples of Tags
Projects: Tags like “Personal”, “Work”, or “Hobby” help separate tasks by focus area.
Clients: For example, use “Client A” or “Vendor X” to group tasks related to specific business relationships.
Task Groups: Use tags like “Urgent” or “Follow-Up” to prioritize and differentiate tasks.
What to Use Tags For?
Tags enable you to:
Keep related tasks grouped for better organization.
Quickly find tasks by filtering with tags.
Enhance collaboration by categorizing tasks in shared projects.
Outtamind’s intelligent use of tags ensures that your tasks and notes remain clear, organized, and actionable.
